Apollo 17 astronaut Harrison Schmitt discusses the future of energy and climate change Wednesday in the Shamrock Ballroom, University Hilton. Schmitt, the only geologist to have ever walked on the moon, covered subjects from his book Return to the Moon: Exploration, Enterprise, and Energy in the Human Settlement of Space, including the role of humans in space, space law and policy, and the economics and production of Helium-3 for power generation.
