East Carolina (6-5, 5-2 C-USA) will host SMU (6-5, 5-2) at 1 p.m. Friday in Greenville, N.C. If SMU wins, it will advance to the championship game against Central Florida on Dec. 4 in in Orlando, Fla.

If ECU wins and both UCF and Southern Miss lose, the Pirates will reach the championship.
