The UH baseball program appointed former Oklahoma State head coach Frank Anderson as pitching coach, head coach Todd Whitting said in an announcement Friday.
Anderson, the head coach at Oklahoma State since 2003, helped lead the Cowboys to six NCAA Regional appearances, picking up the school’s first Big XII Tournament crown in 2004.
He will look to help a Cougar pitching staff that finished last in Conference USA in team ERA (5.32), opponent batting average (.299) and earned runs allowed (282).
