Strong pitching, hitting allows Cougars to advance to super regionals

A 12-run barrage and the arm of junior pitcher Jared Robinson elevated UH into the NCAA super regionals.
His shutout long relief pitching coupled with the offensive explosion propelled UH over LSU 12-2, winning against the Tigers for the second time in three days, earning a match against the University of Texas with the location to be determined.
Super regionals start June sixth.
