Jason Mraz will be performing September 5 at the Cullen Performance Hall with Raining Jane at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale June 27 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased from www.entertainhouston.com.
“I think this means really good things for the University, it means we are expanding and people are starting to recognize us and see that we are a place that’s deserving of a headliner like Jason Mraz,” education sophomore Jamison Carson said.
Pre-sale tickets are available June 23 with the necessary access code. The album that inspired the tour will be available everywhere July 15.
“The album release will either bring out his current fans or create new fans across campus who hear it on the radio,” biology senior Adrienne Gross said.
