Crime Report: Nov. 3 to 8

The following is a partial report of campus crime that occurred between Oct. 28 and Sunday. All information is selected from the files of the UH Department of Public Safety. Information or questions regarding the cases below should be directed to UH DPS at 713-743-3333 or [email protected].

Nov. 3

Criminal Mischief: A student reported that their vehicle’s window was damaged.

Nov. 4

Terroristic Threat: A student reported that they were receiving threatening messages and telephone calls from a person they knew.

Theft: A student reported that a vehicle was missing a tire. The owner says the tire was removed without authorization.

Nov. 5

Harassment: UH staff member reported being harassed in the same way that they were harassed last year.

Credit/Debit Card Abuse: A student reported their card was missing and a transaction was made off campus.

Nov. 6

Theft/Evading Arrest: Three juveniles were arrested for a stealing bicycle from a storage lot.

Nov. 7

Arson: A staff member reported that someone set fire to name cards in Moody Towers.
