Cougars welcome Florida teams for final home games

The Cougars will host their final home games of the season against the USF Bulls on Friday and the UCF Knights on Sunday.

The Cougars picked up their first road win against the Bulls since 2004 earlier this season as they earned a 3-1 victory. The series currently leans in Houston’s favor as they have 12-9 record over USF.

Sunday’s game will be a little different — the Knights currently top the American Athletic Conference. The Cougars fell in three sets to the Knights earlier this season, but have a chance to turn things around this time.

On the road this past weekend, the Cougars went 1-1 as they defeated the Bearcats in three sets and fell to the Grizzlies in three sets. Seniors Natalie Keck and Kadi Kullerkann look to lead the Cougars to victory this weekend as Keck has passed the 2,000 dig mark and Kullerkann has notched double-digits in kills in every game this season.
