The college football landscape is ever-changing and polls from the Associated Press and college football coaches help keep fans up-to-date on who’s the top teams in the country.
The Center for Student Media has decided to join in the fun with our own CSM Poll, collected from members of The Cougar, Coog Radio and Coog TV.
Each participant in the poll submits their rankings of teams, 1st through 25th. The CSM Poll uses the same point system as the AP Poll: A team earning a first-place vote earns 25 points, second-place vote receives 24 points and on down to the team receiving a 25th-place vote with one point.
The inaugural CSM Poll features a consensus top pick, a tie in the top five and some interesting teams receiving votes.
