A Philadelphia police officer’s pursuit of voyeuristic entertainment cost him his badge, the Associated Press reported.
Officer Norberto Cappas, 32, ordered two women to put on a "sex show" for him in their jail cell.
Cappas was found guilty of lying while being investigated by the Philadelphia Police Department and participating in improper behavior. Cappas will lose his job after a 30-day suspension, the AP reported.
PPD Internal Affairs found that Cappas ordered both women to kiss, fondle each other and expose their breasts in September 2003.
Both women were apprehended under suspicion of drug possession, but no charges were ever filed against them.
