Coach Art Briles said Anthony Alridge’s touches should double this season. If that happens, Alridge could produce close to 2,000 total yards. Expect that 10.1 yard-per-carry average to decrease as teams see more of "Quick Six."

The verdict is still out on UH’s new signal callers, but if either of them can put up numbers like Kevin Kolb did in his first season in Briles’ system, the fifth-year coach would probably win coach of the year.
