Vice President of Student Affairs Elwyn Lee (right) gave the opening remarks at the 8th Annual Diversity Institute on Wednesday, co-sponsored by Counseling and Psychologcal Services and the Council for Ethnic Organizations.
Participants demonstrated that everyone is the same on the inside by familiarizing themselves with a lemon, then peeling it to find that without a peel, they couldn’t tell their lemon from the rest.
