Softball – Cougars win three of five

The No. 23/25 Cougars wrapped up their weekend in San Diego with a 4-3 comeback over No. 23 Fresno State on Saturday.
Pitcher Amanda Crabtree took her first loss of the season when the Cougars lost 3-0 to Long Beach State on Saturday, the first game of a double-header.
The Cougars picked up a 10-1 victory over Cal-Poly (3-17) in the second of the two games. Leadoff hitter Holly Anderson went 3-for-4 with a career-high four runs scored, and Melissa Gregson went 3-for-3 with 3 RBI and two runs scored out of the two-hole.
The Cougars beat BYU 4-0 Friday where Crabtree threw a complete-game shutout. UH also lost Thursday to San Diego State, 6-0.
