Tennis – UH glad to not be in Kansas anymore

The Cougars weekend started with promise with a 6-1 victory against Missouri-Kansas City on Friday.
But Big 12 opponents Kansas State and Kansas were both able to get the best of UH (7-6) in its last two matches.
The Cougars fell to No. 45-ranked Kansas State (9-1) 4-0 on Saturday. Their luck did not improve Sunday, when UH dropped a 4-3 decision to the Jayhawks (4-4).
