An offensive outburst from junior Melissa Gregson this past weekend earned her the C-USA Co-Hitter of the Week Monday.
Gregson hit three home runs in a three-game set against Southern Miss. She now leads the team with eight on the season.
Gregson is listed as a catcher, but played in left field for one game of the series. She shared the accolade with Memphis first baseman Jessica Phillips.
Senior pitcher Amanda Crabtree was recognized as the C-USA Pitcher of the Week after throwing for more than 11 scoreless innings and recording her third no-hitter of the season.
