UH, along with UH-Downtown, have lost Internet access as of Wednesday afternoon.
According to a post on the University Information Technology website, “The UH network connection to the internet has been cut on the vendor side and has disrupted our services to and from campus.”
The release states the vendor, AboveNet, is responsible for the outage. It also confirms a restoration crew is currently working on the issue and expects service to be restored “around 11 p.m. this evening (Wednesday).”
