Five UH fraternity brothers broke into San Antonio SeaWorld early Thursday morning, stole ice cream from a storage area and were caught looking for animals to take photos with in what is reported to be a Spring Break prank.
Duc Thien Nguyen and Huy Quang Mai were charged with criminal trespassing and theft under $50 by the San Antonio Police Department. The other three students evaded arrest.
“SeaWorld is working with San Antonio law enforcement to investigate individuals who were unlawfully trespassing early this morning,” said SeaWorld in an official statement. “San Antonio Police Department has custody of two individuals, and SeaWorld has not found any animals harmed as a result of this morning’s event.”
Nguyen and Mai are being held at an $800 bond. They are scheduled to appear before a judge Wednesday.
