Vandalism on the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture building was spotted around 11 p.m. on Saturday, May 31.
“UH SUX” was seen written in black paint on the topmost window of the building’s front side.
The College could not be reached for comment. UHPD is undergoing an investigation and would not provide a comment until further information is uncovered.
Some awkward word choices here.
1. “Vandalism appears” in the headline makes it sound like it just magically showed up as if it were a ghost.
2. “would not provide comment until further information is uncovered” is weird, too. Should probably just cut the sentence off at “would not provide comment.”
