Sept. 23:
Harassment: A UH student reported unwanted texts and calls from her father. The student feared her father would come to campus. The suspect has been issued a campus-wide Criminal Trespass warning to cease all communication. Case is active pending, new information.
Traffic Offense: A student reported she witnessed a vehicle hit a parked vehicle. The driver failed to stop and provide information as required by Texas law. The case is active pending new information.
Theft: A student reported her cell phone stolen at the M.D. Anderson Memorial Library; the cell phone was unattended. The case is active, pending new information.
Burglary of a motor vehicle: A student reported a burglary of a motor vehicle. The case is active, pending new information.
CASE UPDATE: Assault: Incident occurred at UH Taco Cabana on Sept. 17; case status has been changed to Warrant Obtained.
Sept. 24:
Trespass: A non-affiliated individual entered the Hofheinz Pavilion without permission and caused disruptions. The case is active, pending new information.
Theft: A student reported her unattended laundry was stolen. The case is active, pending new information.
Sept. 25:
Theft: A student reported his unattended headphones. The case is active, pending new information.
Theft: A student reported the tires of her bicycle were stolen. The case is active, pending new information.
Sept. 26:
Harassment: A staff member from the Armistead Optometry Bldg reported harassing phone calls and emails from a known person. The suspect has been issued a campus-wide Criminal Trespass warning. The case is active, pending new information.
Sept. 27:
Traffic Offense: a student reported her parked vehicle had been struck by another vehicle at the Cullen Oaks parking lot, and was not given information as required by Texas law. The case is active, pending new information.
