Pharmacy student Phuoc Anh Nguyen has received the Special Recognition Award for Organizational Service from the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
“I have received many blessings from TSHP, and it is my way of saying thanks and giving back to the profession by being involved with the organization,” Nguyen said in a news release. “It is one of my best decisions that I had done as a student leader.”
According to the news release, the award is given by the TSHP Board of Directors, based on recommendations of the Organizational Affairs Advisory Group.
