The Cougars are looking to continue their undefeated season as they head out on the road for a game against the University of Central Florida Knights.

UH will be looking to exact revenge over UCF for the past two seasons, which saw a couple of comeback attempts fall short in the last few seconds of the game.

The Cougars enter the game ranked No. 21 in the AP Top 25 Poll, their first time in the polls since 2011. They climbed three spots since entering the polls last week.

UH is looking to continue their momentum after a 42-7 road win over Tulane University.

Junior quarterback Greg Ward Jr. continued his strong play, completing 17 of 25 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown, while racking up three touchdowns rushing with 77 yards.

Special teams had some big plays thanks to junior receiver Demarcus Ayers, who sparked the offense with some dynamic punt returns, including a 73-yard return for a touchdown.

Ayers added 93 yards on six catches, as well as a 15-yard rushing touchdown to round out his well-balanced game.

The defense had another solid game, holding Tulane to just 11 first downs all game and allowing them into the red zone just twice, while only allowing one score.

The Cougars also held the Green Wave to just 262 total yards, including just 112 yards rushing.

In addition to the strong play of the team, the Cougars added more acclaim to their growing list when head coach Tom Herman was named to the watch list for the Bear Bryant Award, which is presented to the top college coach in the NCAA.

The Cougars and Knights will square off Saturday at 11 a.m. in Bright House Networks Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
