The First Annual Frontier Fiesta 5K for the Brave is a competitive community run created to highlight our Texas patients and their families and the bravery they demonstrate every day as they go through the diagnosis, treatment and lifelong challenge of living with chronic, life-threatening bone marrow failure diseases.
