Veterans services to hold second cording ceremony
The Veterans Services Office will hold the Military and Veterans Cording ceremony on December 17.
The cords they will be issued a red, white and blue military and veteran cord to be worn at graduation.
Speakers to be featured are President and Chancellor Renu Khator as well as Vice-President of Student Affairs Richard Walker. Refreshments will follow afterward.
The ceremony will be begin at 6 p.m. and will be held in room 160 in Melcher Hall. Veterans graduating this semester can RSVP by emailing the VSO’s program coordinator, Lawren Bradberry at [email protected].
Veterans who are unable to participate in the ceremony can pick up their cords by stopping by the VSO in the Student Center North, room 202.
