Crime Report: April 7-14

The following is a partial report of campus crime that occurred between April 7 and 14. All information is selected from the files of the UH Department of Public Safety. Information or questions regarding the cases below should be directed to UHPD at 713-743-3333 or [email protected].

April 7:

Assault: A residential adviser in Cougar Village reported that a student was receiving concerning text messages from another student. This case is cleared.

April 8:

Harassment: A student reported that she was being harassed by her ex-boyfriend, but the student refused to press charges against him. This case is inactive.

April 9:

Criminal mischief: An individual reported that someone drove through the faculty entrance gate of the Welcome Center garage. This case is active.

April 11:

Criminal mischief: A UH contract worker reported that an ambulance was hit and damaged by an unknown vehicle.

April 13:

Theft: A UH contractor reported that their golf cart had been stolen while it was charging underneath Moody Towers.
