University departments depending on student fees will make their annual presentations at the Student Fees Advisory Committee hearings that begin today and continue Tuesday in the Bluebonnet Room of the University Center.
The committee, comprised of students and faculty, will listen to presentations from different departments, beginning at 8:45 a.m. and ending at 4:15 p.m. today and 5 p.m. Tuesday, according to the SFAC schedule. The committee hearings will continue next week on Monday and Wednesday.
The committee will also take feedback from students interested in voicing their opinions on how student fees are allocated by the University and its individual departments at 11:30 a.m. today and Tuesday.
Today, the committee will have presentations from the University Center, Student Legal Services, Child Care Center and Counseling and Psychological Services, among others.
The Student Publications Committee, which includes The Daily Cougar and the Houstonian, will make its presentation to the committee Tuesday.
