The body of a presumed flood victim was found near Bayou Oaks on Saturday.
The body was spotted in Brays Bayou by a UH student, according to reports from KHOU.
Police believe the man drowned during the recent flooding. KHOU reports that the identity of the man is unknown at this time.
Richard Bonnin, executive director of media relations for UH, confirmed with HPD that there is no known connection with the University at this time and more details will be reported as they are released.
