The fallout from catastrophic Iran deal is in Obama’s hands

President Barack “Insane” Obama recently made the U.S. the largest financier of global terrorism, committed treason and set the stage for World War III.

Last week Congress, once again, failed to do their job and allowed the Iranian nuclear deal to pass. The deal includes lifting sanctions on Iran’s nuclear program and provides Iran with immediate access to “frozen” assets valued at $150 billion.

In return, Iran has agreed to reduce their uranium enrichment program, comply with nuclear inspections, not blow up Israel and only use enriched uranium and plutonium for peaceful purposes.

I joined the United States Marine Corps after 9/11 because I wanted to do my part in the war against terror. I left a baseball scholarship at Dallas Baptist University to join the fight against Al-Qaeda and terrorist groups like Hezbollah or Hamas. I served in Iraq in 2006-2007 and was one of the first responders when Al-Qaeda blew up a mosque in Habbaniyah, killing over 40 women, children and babies.

When I hear of our president providing $150 billion to a terrorist regime like Iran, it pisses me off. It’s a slap in the face to all veterans who served in the war against terror and an absolute disgrace to our country.

We are talking about the same Iran that has vowed to destroy their enemies with a nuclear bomb. This is the same Iran that publicly declares to “wipe Israel off the map.” These are the guys we hear about chanting “death to America” at political rallies and destroying replica U.S. warships during military training drills.

To sum all this up, Iran is our enemy.

Iran’s entire GDP is only $300 to $400 billion. Giving Iran $150 billion is like someone giving the United States $8 trillion dollars.

It’s in the Constitution that “treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

If Iran is a sworn enemy who publicly vows to destroy the United States and its ally Israel, and we give them $150 billion, would this be considered giving them aid and comfort?  If aid and comfort is the act of committing treason according to the U.S. constitution, then did Obama commit treason?

It makes no difference if Obama grabs a checkbook from the first lady’s purse and writes the Ayatollah a personal check or if he lifts economic sanctions. Any way that you look at it, Barack Obama has given aid and comfort to a regime that supports and funds terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah and Hamas.

I don’t care that nuclear energy can be used for peaceful purposes such as fertilizer, medicine or energy. I don’t care if there is an energy shortage in Pakistan. I care about Iran funding terrorist groups that I have personally witnessed murdering women, children and babies. I care that the Iranian regime has even so much as dared to threaten my country, my life, my family or the life and future of my 5-year-old son.

Our president has dishonored and betrayed our veterans, country, citizens and our children by becoming the world’s largest financier of global terrorism.

Barack Obama should be immediately removed from office, tried and committed for treason and exiled to Iran.

  • Not much of what you said was factual. There is not immediate access to their funds. 150 billion is the extreme value of it. They owe tons of money to China. Their economy is completely tanked. Also, “recently made the largest financier of terrorism” is not correct. There is plenty of information and historical records indicating the U.S’s involvement in the creation of ” terrorists” for decades. You didn’t mention our other ally in the middle east, Saudi Arabia, who has more terrorist ties than Iran. Even fox news pointed out that Iran had a nuclear centrifuge build up from 0 to 5000 before Obama got into office. And the quote from the constitution can apply to almost every candidacy in the 20th and 21st century.

Now, dont take any of this as an insult to whatever you might take an insult to, but this article you wrote is clearly biased. And the amount of articles, information, and misinformation on the opposite side of the spectrum from you would negate most of what you are saying. This leaves you nowhere. There is however, information indicating that this treaty is bad, and there is information indicating that this treaty is good. But, no matter the position, you didn’t list an alternative which is what is needed to calm the situation.

    • “…this article you wrote is clearly biased.”

This presupposes you, Michael are objective and unbiased. How does one get so arrogant?

  • Maybe we should befriend Russia and back its support of the Syrian government, as opposed to Obama’s Democrats who supported the Syrian rebels who have been found to have used Sarin nerve gas.? Perhaps we are on the wrong side of the Middle East mess when we support the House of Saud (Saudi Arabia) because of oil interests, when Saudi has used cluster bombs? Perhaps when 72 Democrats demanded on 9-11-15 that Obama give asylum to 200,000 refugees by 2016, which is 10 – 20 times more than currently planned and, furthermore, claim that 76% of Syrian refugees – over 3 million – are women and children, then the U.S. should require a quota, that at least 76% of those admitted be women and children? • First we gotta dig up the Republican god Regan for the Iran Contra affair and Him and Bush Sr for founding Al queda.

  • I’ll admit, the tactics being used to force the Iran deal through the House are sordid at best.
However, it’s on Obama’s head now. When it fails (because it inevitably will) he will be held accountable and his reputation will suffer incredulously.
That’s not to say I don’t hope it works. That would be great. But the terms and details of the deal with gaping loopholes a sumo wrestler could fit through are not assuring.

  • Reading this was like watching a segment off Fox News. Obama committed treason for working with our allies to curb Iran’s nuclear capabilities through diplomatic means? Really? I mean, the merits of the deal aside, let’s say we get with this author is asking for, and scrap the deal. What’s next? Remember, this just isn’t Obama’s deal; this is a deal advanced by five other nations, including some of our most powerful allies (Germany, France, & the UK). If we act unilaterally (like we did in Iraq), our allies will not stand with us, and we lose the moral high ground. That would prompt the Iranian hardliners to say: “You see?! We told you the Americans cannot be trusted!” If we get what this article is asking for, and the deal goes away, Iran will go back to enriching uranium unimpeded, and we will be put in the undesirable position of having to eventually engage the Iranians militarily. I’m 29 years old, and I’ve already seen two wars in my life time. Let’s give diplomacy a chance this time.

Given the ill-formed comments seen below I fear our democracy, our freedoms are threatened.
