Student-athletes are often known for their achievements on the field in their respective sports, a high-scoring game or a couple of touchdown catches, but with how much focus there is on the stats, it’s easy sometimes to forget that they’re college kids too.
In our new series, 10 Questions, we’ll be asking them questions they might not answer too often to provide insight into just who these student-athletes are in their off time.
This week, The Cougar had a chance to talk with senior forward Marche’ Amerson and freshman guard Serithia Hawkins of the women’s basketball team to ask about their favorite movies, dream vacation spot and what stat is most meaningless in their sport.
