May 16th, 2009: My Graduation Day.

This day means a new beginning to a life I started while attending the University of Houston.

This day means accomplishment.

This day means I have met one of my goals and can continue to reach for the other goals in my life.

This day means dedication.

This day shows my four month old son to not lose sight of his goals even though the road gets tough at times. This day meant the same to my father who graduated from the University of Houston more than twenty years ago with three children and a wife at his side.

This day means pride.

This day makes me proud to be not only a Cougar but a Houstonian as well.

And finally, this day means no more homework, assigned readings, pop quizzes, and tests’hellip;at least until graduate school when we start it all over again.

Go Coogs!
