Ingredients:
- Shredded cheese
- Tortillas of your preference
- Anything else you’d like (such as vegetables, sour cream, chicken)
Instructions:
- Take a microwaveable plate and place one tortilla on it. Add a layer of cheese and any other additional ingredients you want.
- Set plate in the microwave and cook it for about a minute or until cheese is warm and has melted.
Try making a fruit salad.
Ingredients:
- Any fruits of your preference
- Honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut up any and all the fruit that you would like and place it in a bowl.
- Dress salad with some honey.
Try making a cheesecake.
You will need:
- A mug
- Vanilla
- Lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 ounces of cream cheese
- Sugar
Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients in a cup. Make sure to add sugar in slowly, tasting as you go.
- Pop it in the microwave for a minute and a half, stirring it every thirty seconds to make sure everything is mixing well.
- Chill for about twenty minutes or until it is set to your liking.
