Ingredients:
1 lb of bacon (thick cut)
½ cup of brown sugar
Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit, line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lay a wire rack over it.
Lay the bacon on the rack evenly spaced apart and evenly sprinkle the strips with brown sugar, then bake until crispy and glazed, which should take about 15 to 18 minutes.
Allow bacon to cool before serving.
