
Lemon Dill Pasta
Lemon Dill Chicken pasta is a filling meal that is simple to put together after a day of class or if you want to impress that special someone with some home cooking. This is a great tasting dish that anyone can execute in no time.
Ingredients:
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 bunch of dill, chopped
1 box of dry bowtie pasta
1 chicken breast
½ cup of kalamata olives
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
Instructions:
- Put some water on the stove to boil and begin to marinate the chicken in the juice, garlic and half of the dill, allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook and strain pasta, in the same pot add oil and sear the chicken on medium heat. Remove chicken, slice and finish cooking.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, add in the remaining ingredients and serve.
Notes:
Don’t marinate the chicken for too long because the lemon juice could start to cook it.

When searing your chicken, make sure the pot is dry and hot before adding the oil to avoid popping.
